How long does shipping take?
US orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days for standard shipping, or 3–5 business days for express. International orders take 10–25 business days depending on destination.

How much does shipping cost?
US standard shipping is $5.00, or free on orders over $40. Express shipping is $10.00. International rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to select countries including Australia, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Japan, and more. Your shipping options will appear at checkout.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 3–5 business days after shipment for tracking to update.

Returns & Refunds

What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re sorry to hear that! Contact us at verduestore@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Because our products ship directly from our suppliers, we’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns. We encourage you to review product details carefully before purchasing.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be in processing. Contact us as soon as possible at verduestore@gmail.com.
