Refund Policy

At Verdue, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every product we sell and want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right — no questions asked. Simply contact us at verduestore@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo or short video showing the issue

We’ll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. You do not need to return the item.

Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier. If your package is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to cancel it.

Change of Mind Returns

Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We encourage you to review product descriptions, dimensions, and photos carefully before purchasing.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
